Toyota Systems Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the " Company") will disclose the following items to customers in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law. We like to request your cooperation and understanding on this matter.

1. Intended Use of Personal Information

With regard to the personal information provided according to the paragraph 3 “Personal Information to be used in the Company’s Service”, the Company shall clarify that such personal information shall be used in service defined in the paragraph 2 “Breakdown of our Company’s Business Activities that handle Customer’s Personal Information”, for the purpose prescribed in the following items.

1. （1） With regard to the personal information of the customer’s employees who are engaged in the services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services) prescribed in the items (1) through (6) of the paragraph 2, the Company needs the information in order to:conduct the Services,conduct introduction, proposal, questionnaire etc., associated with the Services,conduct improvement of the Services and develop a new service etc.,reply to questions and consultation, associated with the Services, orrequest a consignee to conduct the Services for the customer as prescribed in the paragraph7 of the Privacy Policy.


2. （2） In order to continuously carry out the Services described in the item (7) of the paragraph 2, it is necessary to contact customers or related parties, request questionnaires, provide information on similar types of education and training, market surveys, seminars etc., and respond to various requests, etc.


3. （3） With regard to the personal information related to the Services prescribed in the item (8) of the paragraph 2, Company needs the information in order to:conduct introduction and proposal, associated with the Services, or reply to questions and consultation, associated with the Services.


4. （4） In addition to the preceding three items, with regard to the personal information related to the Services of the items (1) through (8) of the paragraph 2, the Company needs them in order to achieve each respective intended purpose when conducting the Services.

2. （2） Planning, development, sales, lease, and maintenance of software, hardware, and peripherals


3. （3） Provision of services through the use of computer systems and equipment


4. （4） Planning, development, installation, introduction, operation, maintenance, sales, lease, and provision of information and communications services for information and communications systems


5. （5） Planning, development, maintenance, sales, lease of information and communications equipment and peripherals


6. （6） Sales of technology development and production-related equipment


7. （7） Search, research, consultation, education, and training on the technologies and market described in the previous items


8. （8） All the activities associated with Worker Dispatching Undertakings under the Worker Dispatching Act

3. Personal Information to be used in the Company’s Service

1. The personal name, department name, title, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address, of the customer's operation administrator, management administrator/person in charge and the other person designated by the customer, which are provided for carrying out various services as described in the items (1)~(6) of the paragraph 2.


2. The personal name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address etc., of the customer’s search/research collaborators, consultant, participants in education/training etc., and other related persons, which are provided for carrying out the services described in the item (7) of the paragraph 2.


3. The personal name, department name, title, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address etc. of the customer’s service responsible person, which are provided for carrying out the service described in the item (8) of the paragraph 2.
